The Association Musique Universelle Arc-En-Ciel (MUAC) in its capacity as Data Controller is particularly attentive to the protection and respect of your privacy. This privacy policy is intended to show you how we collect, use and share your Personal Data, in accordance with the Regulations. We invite you to read this document carefully to know and understand our practices regarding the processing of your Personal Data.

Definitions

Sensitive Data” means Data which reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as the processing of Genetic Data, Biometric Data for the purpose of identifying a natural person uniquely, Data concerning health or Data concerning the sexual life or sexual orientation of a natural person. The association does not process any sensitive data;
Controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing. In this case, it is the Association Musique Universelle Arc-En-Ciel (MUAC);
Regulation” means Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of Data (RGPD) and the Data Protection Act n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended.
Sites” designates all the websites published by Musique Universelle Arc-En-Ciel (MUAC).

MUAC does not process any Sensitive Data.

Data that we collect when you subscribe to our newsletter will be kept for the duration of your subscription to the newsletter

Visitors’ browsing data will be kept for 13 months.

Each Data processing pursues a specific purpose and is founded on a legal basis.

MUAC ensures the processing of your Data in complete confidentiality and security by putting in place the technical and organizational measures necessary to preserve their security, confidentiality and integrity under optimal conditions.

Only persons strictly authorized by MUAC will have access to your Data. No unauthorized third party may have access to it, except for a legal or unionist obligation incumbent on the Data Controller.

Your rights

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, oppose commercial prospecting at any time and, in the event of legitimate reasons, the right to limit processing of your Data and the right to request the deletion of Personal Data concerning you. You also have the right to the portability of your Data, the right to define directives concerning your Data in the event of death and the right to withdraw your consent. Update

This policy may be updated by MUAC, in the event of new processing, and in particular on the basis of:

  1. significant changes in legislation and / or case law as well as technical standards applicable to the Information System;
  2. risk assessment;
  3. readjustments suggested by the implementation of internal information management procedures.
