Of Argentinean origin, married and mother of three children, Laura has been living in France for 25 years. She has worked in Latin America and then in Europe within international teams. Ten years ago, Laura started teaching and a few years later, began her doctorate studies in Management Sciences (ESCP Business School, Université Panthéon Sorbonne).
Her research led her to study the motivational and ‘blocking’ factors of individuals’ commitment in a co-creation process. It is in this context she had the pleasure of discovering MUAC’s activities, notably through the study of the association’s first “JazzDay” event.
